Arg Abniye Paydar was established in 2011 by Mohammad Khaksar with the aim of designing and implementing domestic development projects based on national and regional heritage, employing modern construction technology, appropriate implementation methods, and utilizing a high capacity of specialized human resources. Planning for project implementation
Considering the goals, limitations, and capabilities of the employer, project implementation methods are examined and the most appropriate method is suggested, so that on that basis, it is possible to secure funds and credits, carry out various stages of engineering studies, arrange for the selection of competent builders and contractors, and implement the project.
Basic Engineering Studies
These studies are provided based on the service description developed by the National Management and Planning Organization for Basic Engineering Studies and briefly include the following:
